1. Approval-Based Society Registration

Submission of a society registration application does not automatically provision an active tenant. The Platform Owner reviews all applications and retains the right to approve, reject, or request further information prior to onboarding.

2. Commercial Subscriptions & Quotas

Each housing society subscribes to a designated monthly or annual plan with resource limits (maximum properties, residents, and staff). Quotas are enforced server-side. Societies exceeding quotas must upgrade their tier to register additional properties or staff.

3. Payment Verification & Grace Periods

Manual bank transfer payments require verification by Platform Administrators before being applied to SaaS invoices. Following subscription period expiry, housing societies enjoy a 5-day grace period before operational restriction is enforced. Existing data is never deleted upon expiration.
