1. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

SocietySaaS is architected with strict logical data isolation. Every housing society's property records, resident personal details, payment receipts, visitor logs, and documents remain accessible solely to authorized members of that respective tenant.

2. Minimization of Sensitive Personal Data

We only collect the contact details and identity references necessary for housing society operations (such as property ownership verification, gate entry security, and billing). We never store raw debit/credit card credentials on our servers.

3. Security Controls & Audit Logging

All sensitive administrative actions (user invitations, status transitions, payment verifications, and financial reversals) are timestamped and recorded in immutable audit logs. Sessions are protected via secure HTTP-only cookies and CSRF tokens.
